Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancer to become part of the Pangea Dubai Real Estate Team.
As a Conveyancer, you will manage and oversee the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations and facilitating seamless property transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive title searches, due diligence, and property investigations.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, developers, and other stakeholders involved in the conveyancing process.
- Ensure all legal requirements and compliance standards are met throughout the transaction process.
- Facilitate property settlements and manage financial transactions.
- Provide expert advice on property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal implications.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each transaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in legal document preparation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of legal issues related to real estate.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to assist brokers with deals and transfers.
- Ability to work well with clients and stakeholders.
- Fluency in verbal and written English.
- Mandatory experience in the real estate industry.
