Off-plan sales administrator

Join our dynamic real estate team as an Off-Plan Sales Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for adding, updating, and managing off-plan real estate listings on various property portals, including Propertyfinder and Bayut.

 

Your attention to detail and coordination skills will be crucial as you work closely with the Marketing Sales Manager to execute listing plans accurately. Additionally, you will play a key role in assisting with various sales administrative coordination tasks, including leads or inquiries follow-up, under the guidance of the Leads Control Admin and collaboration with the sales staff.

 

 

Add, update, and manage off-plan real estate listings on property portals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Regularly review and optimize property listings to enhance visibility and engagement.

 

Collaborate with the Marketing Sales Manager to execute listing plans in line with marketing strategies and objectives.

Provide timely updates on listing performance and make recommendations for improvements.

 

Assist with various sales administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and coordination of sales-related activities.

Follow up on leads or inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.

Collaborate with Leads Control Admin to organize and maintain lead databases.

Coordinate with sales staff to provide necessary support in the conversion of leads to sales.

 

Proven experience in real estate sales administration, with a focus on off-plan properties.

Familiarity with property portals, especially Propertyfinder and Bayut.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data management.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for real estate listings and sales coordination.
