Pangea Dubai, a USA-originated company, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Property Consultant to join our thriving Secondary Real Estate Team in Dubai.
As a Property Consultant specializing in the secondary market, you will assist clients in leasing or selling their existing properties such as resale homes, apartments, or commercial properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure a smooth transaction process.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential buyers or sellers of properties.
- Assist clients in understanding market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers. Guide clients through the negotiation process, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the real estate team.
Requirements:
- 6 months experience in Dubai real estate sales or property consultancy is desired although a strong sales background in the automotive or luxury retail industry will be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- Sales-driven and detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionally presented at all times.
- European spoken languages is a bonus
