About the Role:
Pangea Properties, a USA-originated company, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Senior Property Consultant (Secondary Market) to join our dynamic Real Estate Team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential buyers or sellers of secondary properties.
- Assist clients in understanding market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Guide clients through the negotiation process, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with property developers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to gather relevant market information.
- Prepare and present detailed property reports, including market analysis and property valuations.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the buying or selling process.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the real estate team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales or property consultancy is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and real estate databases.
